- Cal.com, Inc. — We use Cal.com for scheduling consultation calls on our Contact Us page. Information you provide when booking (name, email, time zone) is processed by Cal.com. See their Privacy Policy.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

- Chat widget interactions: Subject to HighLevel, Inc.’s retention policy (typically 12 months).
- Scheduling data: Subject to Cal.com’s retention policy.
- Server logs: Up to 90 days.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible, we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

New Jersey Residents (NJ Data Privacy Act)
The New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA), effective January 15, 2025, grants New Jersey residents the following rights with respect to personal data processed by covered businesses:

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
